VIRTUAL CONSULTATION (VC):

The VC provides a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan. Specialized care for your Parkinson’s Disease of which includes: an evaluation, a recommendation of current medications, and education.

60 minutes: $450

TELEMEDICINE MEMBERSHIP (TM):

The TM entails a review of your motor and nonmotor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease as well as current medications for individuals who join the practice and receive continuous services. Referrals for speech, occupational, and physical therapies will be provided when necessary. Education regarding disease state will be incorporated in each visit.
